Exchange Policy

At The Style Story, we want you to absolutely love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help!

Exchange Window
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are accepted for size issues or manufacturing defects.
- For sizing issues, we offer a one-time exchange for the correct size or a different product of the same value.

Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products purchased on Sale or under promotional offers.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.
- Accessories and intimate wear (due to hygiene reasons).
